18 graham cracker squares ¼ Lb melted butter 11/4 cups sugar ¼ Lb cream cheese ¼ Cup light cream 3 Tbs cornstarch 1 cup heavy cream 1 tsp vanilla 2 Tbs powdered sugar 4 boxes strawberries
Mix graham crackers with butter and ¼ cup sugar. Press into 9” buttered pie plate. Chill 1 hr.
Beat cream cheese witth light cream ‘til smooth. Spreawd over bottom of crust. Place half the berries over it.
Place remaining berries in saucepan. Bring to a boil. Mix the cornstarch with the remaining sugar, then add to berries, stirring frequently. (no note of how long to cook) Cool 15 min. and pour over the berries on the pie. Chill
Whip the cream. Add vanilla and powdered sugar. Decorate pie with pastry tube (or just dump it on top)
